Overall I found the takeover challenging but really positive. It encouraged me to share work that I probably wouldn’t have wanted to as I felt it wasn’t finished or ready for an audience. I also gained more experience with captions and engaging with an audience. The conversational tone was easy and comfortable so something I will try in the future. Although I don’t particularly enjoy hashtags, I will definitely try adding a few to my work as they help to expand my audience and could allow me to be seen by agents and potential clients.
I would love to do a takeover again, and if i were i would tag myself in my images so its easier for people to access my photos. I would perhaps post another post but I did share 11 photographs, some of which I was nervous about sharing. This experience has been successful and fun and I’ve loved seeing everyone else work.
